The 2024 Motorsport calendar is in full swing and the final weekend of April will certainly illustrate this. Two days of motorsport and a public holiday after to recover, what more could you ask for! Ok there is more, how about a Rally Sprint of near Rally Barbados proportions at Bushy Park, with FREE Entry! (Pedestrian access only)
Ok, things kick off with a Rally Sprint hosted by the Vaucluse Raceway Moto Sport Club (VR-MSC) which will also be Round 1 of the Barbados Rally Club Championship. This starts just at 10:00 am, Saturday April 27th at the Bushy Park Circuit.
This Rally Sprint event will see competitors starting as a grid of two cars and complete a single-lane circuit of approximately 2Km, crossing over and under the bridge once and the finish line twice in a series of qualifying heats and knockouts, to determine class winners.

The following day April 28th will be Barbados Rally Clubs Shakedown Stages Rally which will be contested north of the island and will be the shakedown/ pre event for the newly anointed BCIC Rally Barbados 2024.
The 2024 edition of its Shakedown Stages will consist of nine (9) scheduled stages. The club will be returning to two classic stages which are popular with spectators and drivers alike. The venues will be Luke Hill to Lamberts, French Village to 4 Hills and the reverse of the former. See below Stage listing :-
